這家酒店的服務和早餐真的是完全滿分💯 早餐的品種非常豐富吃了三天幾乎每天都有一些新花樣牛肉粉雞肉粉和各種蛋都做的非常好吃另外餐廳的風景看出去也不錯飽覽還劍湖屋頂還有酒吧和大的按摩池房間設施雖然略有些陳舊但是佈置的很好每次打掃完都有很好聞的香味每次進酒店都會有服務人員幫忙開門所有員工都笑臉相迎溝通都很順暢最後打車去機場有5-6位一起送行很溫馨

定了湖景房，視野絕佳，進去心情就會很好。去雞蛋咖啡、pho10、還劍湖都很方便。每一個服務員態度都超級好，是那種你去問路，ta會直接把你送到目的地的那種善意，非常推薦

Location was right in the heart of old quarter. 15 min walk to train street and you can see Ngoc Son Temple and turtle tower from your room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was some construction going on in the middle of the night at the front of the hotel but I guess it’s a one time thing. Staff Dana was apologetic about it and did her best to make up for it. Amenities were as a 4 star hotel should be.

酒店位置非常好，靠近還劍湖，在河內旅行去周邊景點非常方便。酒店工作人員非常熱情，主動提供幫助，服務態度很好。酒店浴室設施較為陳舊，需更新。其它都挺好！

1. 早上會隔著窗戶聽到外面的音樂聲，喇叭聲也會傳進來 2. 一開始給我們的房間浴室有魚露味（超臭），反應之後馬上換一間給我們👍🏻 3. 地理位置在市中心，但晚上附近有夜市會封路，所以grab沒辦法叫在飯店正下方，要走一點路才能上/下車，還滿困擾ㄉ！（夜市很難逛所以不算優點） 4. 請飯店幫忙寄明信片，兩張明信片要價越南盾21萬🙂（兩張郵票大概七、八萬，可以收服務費但也太高價了吧）剛好最後一天身上越南盾不夠，可以幫忙換錢，但台幣換越南盾的匯率是1:650（河內市區隨便換都750以上），最後直接放棄請他們幫忙寄 5. 接待小哥很親切，幫我們搬行李上車，愛小哥👍🏻

Hôtel super bien placé dans le vieux Hanoi proximité du lac des rues animés juste devant la journée les marchants de fruits nourriture et fleurs magnifiques au milieu de la vie de tout les jours . Les chambres sont belles et calmes j ai eu douche et baignoire petit dejeuner continental et spécialité vietnamienne il y a un magnifique roof sky bar avec une barmaid très sympa comme tout le personnels et le staff de l hôtel tous très gentils pour prendre soins de nous . Vraiment très bien situé au coeur de la ville et l abris des nuisances

This has got to be our all-time favourite hotel stay ever! If we could give higher ratings, we would - especially for service. They treated us exceptionally well, were on hand to take care of our every need, and regularly greeted us like family. It was such a welcoming environment, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and has everything you need. The location is fantastic too, right in the old quarter, convenient to most sights and attractions. We have already booked another stay, and plan to come again in the future. We absolutely love it here, definitely recommend.

Warm welcome by the staffs at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel. Hotel is near to sword lake, about 5 min walk. Bed was a bit soft thou, but it's personal preference. On my last day, there's some drillings at 7am. But stop after 15 min. Overall very nice stay at the hotel. Staffs are really very friendl and help us to book transport to airport.
